Greetings,

If your’e already following The Brooklyn Charlottean (TBC) welcome back!  If your’e new here, whether it be by way of invitation, recommendation or simply stumbled upon, I think it’s awesome you discovered my Life & Style Blogazine and I welcome you. 

To tell you a little about myself, I’m a woman of a certain age, a wife married to my one and only for 30 plus years, a mother and a grandmother.  Born and raised in Brooklyn NY until my parents parted ways, I would later call Charlotte NC home…even still never abandoning my Brooklyn roots, as both of these Cities although on two different ends of the spectrum help shape me and are near and dear to my heart, both the cities have afforded me so many experiences, life lessons and opportunities.

Here at TBC you’ll find a contemporary follow-friendly format with consistent original content as well as merchandise unique to the many dimensions of my characteristics and personality, yet readily available for all to explore. 

The TBC allows me the liberty to live fiercely and unapologetically out loud…providing me a medium where I can express myself on issues that matter to me, and may resinate with you…a space to share my creative spirit and a network where I can engage with like-minded people I otherwise would rarely have the opportunity to meet, and through the exchange… maybe I will inspire or be inspired.
